Meet Nancy
Real estate is about more than housesβitβs about people, transitions, and creating the next chapter of life. That belief inspired me to build my business from the ground up after relocating from Europe to the US with my family. Having experienced a major move myself, I understand both the challenges and the excitement of starting fresh, and itβs why Iβm so passionate about guiding my clients through their own journeys with strategy, care, and results.
My background in real estate is both broad and international. In the UK, I worked in new construction as well as marketing and communications. I know how thoughtful planning and presentation can add value to a property. Whilst living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, I worked with a property appraiser, sharpening my knowledge of home values, market trends, and then went onto work as a Realtor with BHHS in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
Putting down strong roots in Carmel Indiana, I decided to affiliate myself with Compass Indiana and I am a member of the Laviolette Group, where Iβm proud to be building a strong professional reputation as a trusted Realtorβsuccessfully helping clients buy and sell homes in this dynamic market.
What sets me apart is my hands-on approach: I donβt just list homes, I prepare them for success with customized staging, pricing strategies, and marketing plans that keep properties top-of-mind until sold. For buyers, I provide clear guidance, strong negotiation, and the confidence that comes from working with someone fully invested in their goals.
Outside of real estate, youβll find me spending time with my family and our dogs, kayaking on local lakes, or staying active with pilates.
